I finally finished my Christmas Half Square Triangle quilt top! This one has been in the works for about a year, but I put it aside because it was all pieced- no handwork- and I’m much better at hand work than piecing. lol. Still, I learned tons! (Who knew you had to square up 1/2 square triangles?!? Apparently everyone in the world except me. lol.) And I love love love the fabric so it makes me happy to look at.
Originally I was hoping to have this quilted and bound by the end of the month, but seeing as how it’s a quilt for me and I have approximately 4 thousand other projects for other people that need to be finished by Christmas, I’m going to set it aside for a while and focus on my other projects. Plus, that gives me time to ponder how I want to quilt it. 🙂 Any suggestions?
